Hello, we're Helen and Alison, the mother-and-daughter team behind H&A Creative.

We're passionate about helping small businesses feel confident, supported and proud of what they're building.

With years of experience across retail, business, education and marketing, we've brought our knowledge together to create something that feels a little different.

A business built on genuine relationships, practical advice and the belief that every small business deserves someone cheering them on.

Our Story

H&A Creative was born from a shared passion for business, creativity and helping others succeed.

We're a mother-and-daughter team who have spent years working together, sharing ideas, overcoming challenges and learning what it really takes to run a business.

For 12 years, we worked together in retail, experiencing everything from building customer relationships and creating engaging content to managing the everyday realities of running a small business.

But our experience goes much further than retail.

Alison brings over 40 years of experience across the business world, including construction and property, with a wealth of knowledge in business operations and building relationships.

Helen brings a background in teaching alongside 12 years of hands-on retail experience, combining a love of creativity and marketing with a passion for helping others learn and grow in confidence.

Together, we've brought our different strengths and experiences into H&A Creative, creating a business that offers more than just social media support.

We understand the challenges of running a small business because we've been there ourselves.

And now, we're passionate about using everything we've learned to help other businesses grow, feel confident and get the visibility they deserve.
